This is not an iPod touch hack per se, but for those if you that are holding on to your old iPod video for a while longer (or are waiting for even better prices than the current iPod touch sale), this is the next best thing.
Some intrepid iPod hackers have figured out how to make the interface of the 5G and 5.5G iPods look like that of the iPod touch. Check out their site or grab a copy of the modified firmware files if you already know what to do.
